Omega Seiki NRG electric 3-wheeler launched at Rs 3.55 lakh: 15 kWh, 300 km range and more

Omega Seiki Mobility in collaboration with battery manufacturer Clean Electric has launched the Omega Seiki NRG passenger electric three-wheeler priced at Rs 3.55 lakh (ex-showroom). The company says that it has been designed to cater to businesses, fleet owners and passengers, and it supports home and public charging.
The introduction of this vehicle is intended to meet the rising demand for electric transportation in India, especially among fleet operators and businesses looking for more economical options compared to traditional fuel-powered models. Omega Seiki Pvt. Ltd. has revealed its strategy to roll out 5,000 units of the Omega Seiki NRG by the next financial year, aiming to expand the reach of electric three-wheelers in the market.

The Omega NRG is powered by FLO 150, and a 15 kWh LFP battery pack which is supplied by Clean Electric. The battery gets a Direct Contact Liquid Cooling (DCLC) system for superior thermal management and the company says that it ensures reliable performance even in peak Indian summer and adverse environments. It also features Clean Electric’s patented cell-to-pack architecture which enables packing maximum energy for the 3-wheeler application.
It has claimed range of up to 300 km on a single charge and it also supports a top-up charge of 150 km in 45 minutes using Bharat DC-001 public charging infrastructure. It also has a 5-year or 200,000 km warranty.
